where we ship
we ship to all 50 US states. no international yet (sorry to canada, working on it).
how long it takes
our curlers ship from our overseas warehouse to keep the price under $25 instead of $60. here’s the realistic timeline:
- processing: 1–2 business days after you order
- shipping: usually 7–12 business days, sometimes up to 14 during peak weeks
- total door-to-door: about 10–14 business days
we know that’s longer than amazon. it’s the trade-off for not paying $60 per pair. tracking number lands in your inbox within 24–48 hours of fulfillment so you can watch it travel.

what if my order is late or stuck
if it’s been more than 21 business days since you ordered and your tracking hasn’t updated, email support@treathours.com with your order number. we’ll either resend it or refund you. real humans, no scripts.
what if my package gets lost
if the carrier marks it delivered but you don’t have it: check with neighbors and your front desk first (it happens). if it’s truly missing, email us within 7 days of the “delivered” stamp and we’ll sort it. after 30 days we can’t do much, so don’t sit on it.
